Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact support with your order reference and photos of the issue as soon as possible so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Custom Product Policy
Because each product is custom-made from your selected artwork, returns for change-of-mind are generally not accepted once production has started.
Order Changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact support immediately. Changes are only possible before fulfillment enters production.
